ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SALES

As this is Department head position, we are looking for high caliber candidates who will have the following qualifications :

• Would have held a similar position in a Four or Five Star Hotel International managed property.
• University educated and graduated
• Computer literate
• Possess exceptional people skills with an excellent working track record
• High energy level, and to be able to meet and manage deadlines and motivate employees to excel in a competitive environment
• Strong organization, administration and communication skills
• Good command of English both verbal and written
• Good sound track record of career progression within the hotel industry
• Positive Leadership
• Socially well adjusted
