for young Balinese/Indonesian talent, as:

 "Commis Chef (and Wood Carving Artist)"

 

Requirement for this position:

- Able to communicate in English

- Male, age range is between 20 – 30 years old

- Hotel experiences is second priority

- Able to prepare and cook typical Indonesian Food

- Able to make simple wood carving (statue, mask, etc..)

 

Package inclusion:

- USD 600  (negotiable, depends on experience/talent)

- Accommodation, uniform (laundry), duty meals

- Medical insurance

- 2 years contract +

- Return air ticket (once a year)

 

Job Description & Responsibility:

- The employee will be cooking at "T-Houses' during his duty hour.

- Type of food that he need to cook is typical Indonesian Food such as Sate, Mie Goreng and Nasi Goreng

- The food not necessarily to be luxury, but prefer to be Kaki-Lima/Kampung style

- Apart from his duty hour, the employee will perform a simple and small wood-carving

to be sold and will get 10% commission from sold items
